The Old Bank, a beloved local landmark originally saved by Mary Majka, has stood as a symbol of resilience and heritage. Now, it’s ready for a new chapter and we’re looking for the right person or group to write it.

Your proposal might include ideas for a café, co-working space, outfitter hub, gallery, artisan market, or something entirely new. If it creates local employment, strengthens our economy, and welcomes both residents and visitors, we want to hear it.
