3 cups AP flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 ½ cup veg oil
3 large eggs, room temp
8 oz can of crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups mashed bananas (5-6)
1½ tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 2 9 inch round pans
Sift dry ingredients and add sugars in a bowl
In separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients
Add dry ingredients to wet until just combined.
Bake for 25 - 30 min until the inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 5 min, then turn out to cool completely.
Dust lightly with powdered sugar or frost with cream cheese frosting.
