Helping workers with intellectual disabilities

COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT AGENCY (CEA) offers employment services to Persons with "Intellectual Disabilities" (including those considered slow learners) as well as Persons with "Brain Injury", who would demonstrate the potential for success within a community employment setting given short term support.
Our services are available to all targeted clients residing in the southeast region of New Brunswick, including the counties of Kent, Westmorland and Albert. Persons residing in these areas will have the option of receiving services in their home areas. CEA offers services in both official languages.

CEA assists employers in locating and hiring capable, motivated workers for entry level positions. CEA places disabled workers in community jobs through a supported employment program. Employer satisfaction is a primary goal.
