3/4 cup (180 mL) plain Greek yogurt
1 frozen banana
1 cup (250mL) milk of choice
handful of ice cubes
1 tbsp (15 mL) flax meal (ground flaxseed)
1 tbsp (15 mL) peanut butter
1 tbsp (15 mL) cocoa powder
handful of spinach (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Serve in a cup or thermos with a straw.
