6-7 large onions (Michelle uses a few different types)
5 cloves garlic
4 sprigs fresh thyme
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup maple syrup
Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
Add all the ingredients except stock and maple syrup.
Sauté on medium heat until golden.
Add chicken stock once onions are cooked down.
Add maple syrup at the end.
Serve with anything!
