A popular location among community members of rural Albert County and beyond is Farmer Brown’s Greenhouse on Pine Glen Road just a few minutes outside of Riverview. Every year many people gather to enjoy the various activities that they host to prepare for the holidays. Planning for their Christmas holiday events is getting underway, and they could not be more excited!
A popular location among community members of rural Albert County and beyond is Farmer Brown’s Greenhouse on Pine Glen Road just a few minutes outside of Riverview. Every year many people gather to enjoy the various activities that they host to prepare for the holidays. Planning for their Christmas holiday events is getting underway, and they could not be more excited!
Container Design and Wreath Workshop
They will be hosting a series of container design and wreath workshops starting Sunday November 12th and running for the month of November. They will have supplies available for you to create a beautiful outdoor container, swag, centerpiece or wreath for your home. The cost of the workshop is based on the supplies used only (no cost to participate). Christmas containers average from $25.00-$60.00 and 16"-18" wreathes $40.00 (this includes all wreath supplies). Bring your own container(s), or they will have some there for you to choose from. They also have a variety of wire wreath sizes and designs to choose from. Average class length is 1.5 hours.
Hot & cold beverages will be available for purchase. Gather your friends and join them on kicking off this year's holiday season! If you're looking to book a group or holiday party, send them a message and they will block off a time slot specific for your group. They ask that ALL participants sign up ahead of time by sending a message with your email to Farmer Brown's Facebook page or a text to 506-878-9285.

Holiday Shopping Event
It's the event we've all been waiting for! Their annual Holiday shopping event will take place this year on Saturday December 2nd from 10 am - 4 pm, and Sunday December 3rd from 10 am - 3 pm.
In the warmth of the greenhouses and under the twinkle of the sky, you will find 40+ local holiday vendors to fulfill those ever growing Christmas lists. Grab a friend and join them as they celebrate all that these vendors have to offer. If you're feeling hungry, check out the ever so popular soup bar, and other great local foods available throughout the weekend. Bring the kids and visit with the farm animals, tour the greenhouses for holiday plants or roast a s'more over the campfire. Looking for something to keep the kids entertained? Stop by and visit our activity tent!
Farmer Brown's Greenhouse is located approx: 12 mins straight out the Pine Glen Road from Riverview. There will be a minimum of a $2.00 donation at the door going towards Foods Of The Fundy Valley's local school cooking programs.
