Vegetables
- 8 large cucumbers
- 5 large onions
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 red pepper
- ½ cup coarse salt
Dressing
2½ cups vinegar
1 tsp ginger
1½ cups cold water
1 tsp celery seed
5 cups white sugar
½ tsp turmeric
3 tsp dry mustard
½ cup flour
Mix well and add vegetables. Simmer 30 minutes. Bottle and seal in sterilized bottles.
