12 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 red onion, sliced thinly
2 tsp chopped fresh basil
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4-1/2 cup (4-8 Tbsp) balsamic vinegar
3-5 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper
Whisk basil, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, sugar and pepper together in bowl.
Garnish salad with feta cheese.
Dress salad just before serving or serve the dressing on the side.
