The last couple of years have presented many challenges for non-profits. As a transportation service, we worked hard to observe safety protocols and do everything in our power to keep people safe from COVID. We were often at the mercy of the current levels of lockdown, frequently having to cancel dozens of rides in a span of a week or two when in high lockdown, and when hospitals and doctors canceled appointments or switched to virtual. When canceled appointments were rescheduled all those rides had to be rebooked.
