Now it is time to get out on the ice and have some fun! This is your opportunity to enroll in our Adult Learn to Curl program or enroll your child in our Little Rocks Curling program and discover all you wanted to know about curling, but were afraid to ask!

Now it is time to get out on the ice and have some fun! This is your opportunity to enroll in our Adult Learn to Curl program or enroll your child in our Little Rocks Curling program and discover all you wanted to know about curling, but were afraid to ask!
We are thrilled that Little Rocks Curling is back for children aged 6-12. This exciting program covers all aspects of curling for the younger members of the community. From sliding on the ice delivering curling stones to the basic rules of the game, this program has a focus on having fun. The FCC has two full sets of Little Rocks curling stones, kid-size curling brooms and foot sliders so all the necessary curling equipment is provided. Our on-ice instructors will ensure a fun, relaxed and safe atmosphere for all our eager young participants. All your child requires to play are a clean pair of sneakers to change into at the club, warm flexible clothes and a bike, hockey or ski helmet. The ten week program will operate on Sunday afternoons from 1:30 to 3:00pm starting on January 8. We will also have an end of season party to celebrate all the kids' on-ice achievements. The cost to participate is $50.00 per child, including tax. Pre-registration is required and the number of participants is limited. To avoid disappointment be sure to sign up your child as soon as possible.
Our Adult Learn to Curl is also back for another season. Have you been watching curling on television and thought that it looks like a blast and should give it a go? Are you looking for a way to get some exercise through the winter months? Perhaps you want to meet some new folks in the area while participating in a fun and social activity that can last a lifetime. If any or all of the above sounds like you, then the FCC Adult Learn to Curl is just the ticket. In the program you will learn the basics of the game including sliding, rock delivery, sweeping, scoring and so much more. By the end of the sessions you will be able to amaze your friends and family by using terms like hog line, hack, tee line and you just might start to shout at random folks to Hurry Hard as they cross the street. Curious? Great! Here are the details to be sure you get out and try the fantastic sport of curling this December. The program consists of three evening sessions on December 6th, 7th and 8th each from 6:30 to 8:30pm. All the necessary curling equipment is provided so all you need to bring are some warm flexible clothes and a clean pair of sneakers to change into at the club. The cost to participate is $50.00, including tax. At the end of the three nights we know you will have had such a great time that you will want to join the Fundy Curling Club as a member and get into league play. As an added bonus and a thank you for trying out our Adult Learn to Curl program, should you decide to become a member, $30.00 of your program fee will be put towards the cost of a season membership to the club. Pre-registration is required and the number of participants is limited. To avoid disappointment be sure to sign up as soon as possible.
