It is definitely helpful for mental well-being to have the ability to express creativity and control over something in a world which is currently out of control and requires people to follow set procedures. For gamers, masks provide a chance to show off the games we are passionate about.
The mask I wear most often depicts the flag of the traitor Kingdom of Alterac from Warcraft II. This was made locally by Jessica Steeves of Hillsborough. In addition to more standard images of sports team logos, animals and provincial flags, she has made masks with designs from games such as Fortnite, Minecraft, Five Nights at Freddy's and Pokemon.
