
Those attending included students from the Hillsborough Elementary School, seniors and Brian Keirstead (MLA), Paul Kyle (representing William Henry Steeves Museum), Jeff Jonah (Village of Hillsborough) and Annie Simpson from the Hillsborough Women's Institute (WI), who is 98 years old, and who planted red and white 'flag' tulips along with the rest.
