The Hillsborough Public Library Board is also pleased to received a grant of $1000 from the Bennett and Albert County Health Care (BACH) Foundation this past summer. The Literacy Express program is a free outreach of the Library Board and is currently serving 17 children (3-4 years old) on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
