The first person to be nominated for our Person of the Month column is Jeff Cooke. Jeff and his wife, Tracy, are the owners of Cooke’s Quik Mart and the Hillsborough Irving gas station. Jeff has been nominated for this column by Don Bowman. Here is what Don had to share about Jeff:
