Municipal elections are coming up! Residents in the Villages of Alma, Riverside-Albert and Hillsborough will have the opportunity to vote for village councilors and mayors on May 10th. All residents of rural Albert County can vote for members of the district education council (DEC) and regional health authority. Nominations for candidates are still open but a few people have already thrown their hats into the ring. Bob Rochon, Melody Land and Tyler Bickford all explained in 200 words what they aim to do in their village if elected. The submissions are printed in the order we received them.
