• Motion to Transfer from Utility Capital Account #4851-5205962 to Water & Sewer Operating Account #4851-15203811 in the amount of $925.28 for the variable frequency drive and converters that was purchased in April 04, 2016.
• Motion to transfer from W&S account #4851-15203811 to General Operating Account #4851-0306045 in the amount of $25000.00 to pay back loan to general operating.  Loan was borrowed because W&S couldn’t pay the December 2015 debenture.
• Need a motion to pay interest on this loan.
• Motion to pass Alma Fire Department estimated budget for 2017.
