Helmets are strongly encouraged on the ice.
THANK YOU - To our hard working volunteers who makes this annual event a continued success, especially those who keep the parking lot and rink clear and the ice in good condition.
Friday – January 19
6 - 9 pm Skating party! Enjoy some skating, music, and snacks. All ages welcome!
6 pm Snow Sculpture Contest begins! Teams create snow sculptures! All entries must be completed by 5pm Saturday.
Saturday – January 20
Skating all day!
BBQ & Canteen 12 – 5pm!
10 am - 12 pm - Sliding @ Fundy National Park “Bowl” - Park entry fees apply.
1 pm - Cake Walk- It’s like musical chairs, but without the chairs... Bring your change for a chance to win a cake.
2 pm - Kid’s Games - Join us for some old fashioned games on and off the ice.
3 pm – Scavenger Hunt. Teams search for clues around the rink.
4 pm - Home-made Ice Cream - Join friends and neighbours for a delectable treat.
5 pm - Snow Sculpting Awards!!
6 – 9 pm – Board game night – Roll the dice and bring your favourite board game to share.
Sunday – January 21
10 am – Beach / Fossil walk – Come explore the wonders of Alma beach with Dan. Meet / park at Rec Centre.
12 pm / Noon - Community Potluck - Bring a lucky pot of food to share (and your OWN dishes to eat with!) ALL are welcome!
