The residents of Alma will be once again be celebrating the lobster fishing season in grand style during the Alma Fleet Launch, which begins on the evening of Tuesday, October 13 and lasts until the boats depart the wharf on the high tide.
Connecting Albert County wants you to be there and be part of the fun, so we are selling tickets on a prize package that puts you in the centre of the action and gives you a night to remember!
Proceeds of the ticket sales support our work keeping Albert County connected!

The lobster boats will depart the Alma Wharf on the high tide just after midnight in a spectacle that you don't want to miss.
This is the fourth year for the festival and it has become an important celebration for the village as they salute the industry and send off their fishermen with hopes for a safe and profitable season. Last year, 300 people attended.
