The United Way and WA Action (http://www.waaction.ca/ - formerly the Community Inclusion Network) did a round of community conversations in 2011. We heard what was happening in the community and it helped us understand the community (it’s needs and strengths) much better and get a “lay of the land”, we’re now 6 years later and we wanted to check back in to see what’s been happening since, where there’s been movement and where there’s opportunity.
