There's no better way to ease into the spirit of the holiday season than to experience the traditional Christmas Concert in the historic Community Hall at the Albert County Museum. Just like the community concerts of years ago, this annual event provides an opportunity for local musicians, both young and older, to share their talents with an appreciative audience. It also brings people together to share in the spirit of Christmas! The concert is a fundraising event which is greatly appreciated by the Albert County Museum thanks to the performers who generously donate their time and talents.
Another delightful portion of the program is when the children gather around a storyteller on stage to listen to a Christmas story; most adults enjoy this experience as well. In the magical concert finale, all the performers and the audience join together in singing “Silent Night.” Following the concert, everyone is invited to enjoy home-baked cookies and hot mulled cider as they chat with friends.
Come share the spirit of Christmas with us!
