We realize that many events on the Connecting Albert County calendar have been postponed or cancelled. If you have organized an event that has now been cancelled, please let us know. It is unlikely we can keep track of all of the postponements and cancellations. For that reason, we encourage you to contact the event organizer before going to an event and heed the advice from the Chief Medical Officer of Health.

A note from the Shepody Food Bank: as a rule, if schools are closed the Shepody Food Bank is also closed for that day. HOWEVER, we will remain OPEN during our regular hours (Wednesday from 1pm-3pm) both this week and next (as long as the weather is good – check here if the weather is questionable).
We would ask that you limit the number of family members coming to pick up food when possible (in order to keep the number of people in our small space to a minimum).
If you have been out of the country recently, please contact us at 882-2323 or by Facebook to make alternate pick-up arrangements.
If you have never used the Shepody Food Bank, but find yourself in difficulty due to repercussions of the COVID-19 measures being taken, we are here to help! Just come to the Food Bank on Wednesday from 1-3pm. Bring a Medicare card for all members of your family.
