Guess the Gardeners
The location of the gardens will be revealed on August 8th. Meanwhile, see if you can guess the identity of the gardeners.
Gardener B’s favourite seasons are “spring (winter is over), summer (no snow), fall (not hot, not cold, trees are pretty and require no weeding) and winter (no black flies or mosquitoes).”
Gardener C’s best gardening tip: “Never pay full price!”
Gardener D grows vegetables using a variety of organic methods including hugelkulture, season extension and companion planting.
Gardener E likes to relax in the garden, commune with his maker, and marvel at the colours and smells.
Gardener F likes “designing, creating, re-purposing and incorporating various objects into the garden. Each of these elements collectively contributes and enhances each other in the garden, hopefully creating a visual tapestry that stimulates the senses as well as enlightens the soul.”
Gardener G considers gardening her form of meditation. When she is in the garden, “the world disappears” but she is more present.
